Amanda Epp

CEO

Amanda is the CEO and ScriptDrop’s first employee. ScriptDrop’s chief strategist and evangelist, Amanda sets the tone for the team by leading with empathy and always emphasizing our mission to improve patient access to care.

Before joining ScriptDrop, Amanda earned a degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University and MBA from Franklin University. She went on to rise through the ranks at CoverMyMeds, a healthcare IT company that sold for more than 1 billion dollars to McKesson Corporation in 2017. Amanda played an integral role in the company’s exponential growth during her eight-year tenure, and eventually became Director of New Product Implementation.

Amanda’s ardent entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated by her foundation Go Get the World, an organization that supports and empowers women to chase their dreams.

Dustin Crosby

CFO

Dustin is a strategic finance leader with more than 20 years of experience operating in tech start-ups, Fortune 500 corporations and everything in between. He is responsible for leading the finance organization and helping execute the strategic vision of the company. Dustin excels at solving for ways to run a lean and efficient operation while approaching each decision with empathy and transparency.

Dustin holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is an active CPA. He has previously held roles at Rally Health (acquired by United HealthGroup) and Bank of America.

Katie Schrader

Chief of Staff

Katie is the Chief of Staff at ScriptDrop. Responsible for the data, marketing, and operations teams, Katie also collaborates with the senior leadership team to determine and prioritize business strategies.

Katie has a bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University and MBA from Capital University. With 12 years in the Healthcare Tech industry, Katie has served in roles ranging from account management to analytics and finance. Prior to ScriptDrop, Katie spent 10 years at CoverMyMeds building her career in the healthcare space and eventually became Senior Director of Revenue and Enterprise Intelligence.

Katie brings a strong finance and data-driven approach to tackling ScriptDrop’s biggest challenges and opportunities.

Mike Berkman

Mike Berkman is not only ScriptDrop’s Chief Technology Officer, but is also a respected product development leader and entrepreneur in the Columbus startup landscape. After earning a B.S. in Technology from Purdue University and spending many years at Cisco Systems, Mike served in engineering leadership positions at CoverMyMeds and co-founded Uleet, a health and wellness marketplace.

Mike is highly experienced in helping organizations scale and maximize their value. Mike is also a people-focused leader: he is passionate about helping teams reach their full potential and is constantly working to help others develop their leadership skills.

Liz Otley

Vice President of Product

As ScriptDrop’s Vice President of Product, Liz Otley leads ScriptDrop’s product management, new product development, and technical product delivery. Liz is passionate about solving challenging healthcare problems by combining human-centered design practices with a technology-led mindset.

After earning her Communication Technology degree from The Ohio State University, Liz has spent the past 15 years building her expertise in product management, strategy, and healthcare technology through companies like Cardinal Health and CoverMyMeds. As a leader, she is focused on empowering team members to take a problem-oriented and user-centered approach to solving problems, while helping them maximize their individual strengths and realize their potential.

  • Rear Admiral Pamela Schweitzer

    Rear Admiral Pamela Schweitzer served as Assistant Surgeon General and Chief Professional Officer of Pharmacy for the United States Public Health Service. While she has retired from these positions, previous assignments include the Indian Health Service, Veterans’ Administration, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A well-known leader in the pharmacy field, Pamela remains active in all things healthcare.

  • Sloane Salzburg, MS

    Sloane Salzburg is Vice President of Horizon Government Affairs, Executive Director of the Campaign for Transformative Therapies, and Vice President of the Council for Affordable Health Coverage. A constant presence on Capitol Hill, Sloane is passionate about using legislation to help patients get their medications easily and affordably.

  • Lee Ann Stember

    Lee Ann Stember is President & CEO of the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and has led the organization for 40 years. Her work with NCPDP continues to push the pharmacy industry to embrace technology and standards that will improve patient health and safety.

  • George Lazenby

    George Lazenby is the CEO and co-founder of OrderInsite, a pharmacy inventory software company. George is laser-focused on innovation that removes barriers to medication access and on delivering valuable, effective pharmacy solutions.
