Customer Success Coordinator

ScriptDrop is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) to provide inbound and outbound phone, email and text support for our pharmacy and courier partners. As the CSC, you will own the relationship with our pharmacy and courier partners, who are critical to the company’s network and act as a liaison internally for all resources who interact with the customer (Sales, Projects, Support, Product, etc.).

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer support matters (inbound and outbound support via phone, email, chat and text)
  • Develop relationships with our customers including pharmacies, courier companies and pharma
  • Managing day-to-day courier and pharmacy operations including scheduling, communicating and problem solving any outstanding concerns
  • Communicate customer needs and objectives clearly and provide solutions to improve the product and services
  • Track key account metrics (e.g. daily deliveries, volume fluctuations, etc.)
  • Complete daily reconciliations of orders with our courier partners
  • Collaborate with leadership team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Specific positions we are hiring for now:

Training schedule is 9am – 5pm for the first few weeks before moving to one of the shifts below:

  • Monday – Friday: 2 – 10pm and 3 – 11pm
  • Sunday – Thursday: 10am – 7pm

Note: To ensure coverage when team members take time off, other shifts/days may become available with the understanding we’ll balance out the days worked for you. We work as a team to make sure we are available for our customers. Also, as we hire new team members, you will have the opportunity to work earlier hours as we evaluate our support coverage needs.


  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, chat and text interactions
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions and improvements for our partners with minimal guidance
  • Solid experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs while interacting with them
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and being able to pivot to next situation quickly
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new products and services very quickly
  • Strong adaptability to our constant changing environment and business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
