For faster response time please call (855) 963-1619 and enter your order ID for status and ETA information. If the ETA is not present, please send us a chat through your pharmacy portal.


Sign into your ScriptDrop portal or cancel the order through your pharmacy system. For instructions on how to cancel orders through your pharmacy system, please contact your manager or IT helpdesk. Use our FAQ guide for instructions on how to cancel through the ScriptDrop portal.
