Healthcare Story

In one of my previous jobs, I was actually labeled a “difference maker.” I had a patient whose 16-year-old son was paraplegic. Her son was getting physical therapy visits in a town 20-miles away. One of his appointments was canceled, so I researched and advised they had canceled due to missed visits. The mother explained it was difficult to get her son in and out of the car. I wanted to help. I went to my team of nurses and had them review the case. They were able to get in-home physical therapy visits approved through insurance. I called the patient back to give her the good news, and she started to cry. She told me that I really made a difference in her family‚Äôs life that day. This is what ScriptDrop allows me to do on a daily basis, to make a difference. I am privileged to be a part of a company that allows me to help people day in and day out.
