Led the charge at his previous employer to grow a particular pharmacy solution. Worked with over 30 different pharmacy systems to integrate the solutions into their system, via an API integration. He has been a participant on multiple NCPDP workgroups, which functions as the data standards governing body for pharmacy transactions.
Nick has great contacts on the pharmacy side and a deep understanding of the pharmacist’s workflow in pharmacy billing. This has led to ScriptDrop working with some of the largest pharmacies and pharmacy systems, even at its young age.
Amanda became the first employee at ScriptDrop when she was hired as the VP of Pharmaceutical Sales and Business Development. She is responsible for selling and improving products, as well as driving innovation for ScriptDrop’s clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Prior to ScriptDrop, Amanda rose through the ranks at CoverMyMeds, a healthcare IT company that sold for more than 1 billion dollars to McKesson Corporation in 2017. As one of CoverMyMeds’ first employees, Amanda played an integral role in the company’s exponential growth during her seven-year tenure, and eventually became the Director of New Product Implementation. In that role, she focused on bringing new products to market and selling the company’s prior authorization solution to pharmaceutical companies.
Amanda earned her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University and her MBA from Franklin University. In early 2018, Amanda started a foundation called Go Get the World, which supports and empowers women to chase their dreams.
Matt is responsible for implementing innovative and impactful solutions for ScriptDrop’s growing pharmacy network. Prior to joining ScriptDrop, Matt led a team responsible for managing the use and implementation of an industry-leading solution in many of the nation’s retail, long-term care and specialty pharmacies. He has worked directly with the nation’s largest pharmacy chains, providing customized solutions and innovative product implementations that struck down barriers to excellent patient care.
Matt is an active member of NCPDP and an adamant supporter of enhancing pharmacy, patient and provider experiences through innovation in health care. Matt is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
Derek is a developer with several years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry and holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University. Before starting with ScriptDrop in July, he worked with Nick, Larry, and Amanda at a previous Healthcare IT company building out solutions which thousands of pharmacists and prescribers use on a daily basis. He is able to utilize the industry specific knowledge learned previously to accelerate development and build robust applications that meet the stringent requirements of the Healthcare IT industry.
Matt has developed on the web for 20 years. He’s been a professor, a developer advocate and public speaker as well. He loves to configure pools of servers, architect and develop the applications on those servers, and make it all look good. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science and has helped lead the 500 members of the Columbus Ruby Brigade and Columbus Elixir user groups over the last several years. He’s launched projects for Fortune 100 companies to local engineering and consulting firms.
